Smart Pig Pipeline Inspection

Pipeline inline inspection complete program including cleaning, geometry, metal loss (MFL and/or ultrasonic), inertial pigs for crack detection and others. We provide pipeline integrity reports, including Fitness for Purpose (FFP), corrosion growth studies, repair and maintenance plans and pipeline integrity software.

Storage Tank Inspection and Integrity

We are the only company in Brazil that uses the high-resolution TBIT tool,  which is the fastest and more effective solution to inspect tank bottoms. We do full API653 inspections, with certified inspectors. We do tank capacity integrity studies, including inspection based on RBI risk.

We perform studies and designs, install coupons, probes and instruments to measure the internal corrosion rates in pipelines and industrial equipments. We advise about  possible solution for internal corrosion problems.

Pipeline Localization and Geopositioning

Our technicians locate and measure the depth of the pipelines with pipe locators, providing coordinates with DGPS instruments, all state of the art. Those data are processed and allow the inclusion of the pipeline routes in any type of map.
